Get a grip, people! Stop getting your panties in a bunch because of one less-than-stellar debate performance!
OK, Joe “had a bad night,” but it was the media, including the moderators who did not moderate a darn thing, that made it much worse. They let Trump lie through his teeth repeatedly with no pushback.
Today, the media is saying Joe is “old” without saying that Trump is a LIAR.
Joe should be replaced? By whom? Are you serious?
Have people completely forgotten about Joe’s fantastic State of the Union Address just a few months ago?
President Joe Biden has achieved more in four years than almost any president in history.
Why? Because he is calm, experienced, and does everything for the betterment of the American people, ALL of the American people.
FDR achieved a lot for the people during his four terms as president, including bringing us out of the Great Depression, instituting Social Security, and successfully navigating us through almost all of WWII. He also oversaw the incarceration of Japanese Americans in internment camps.
LBJ achieved a lot for the people during his 1 1/2 terms as president, including helping to pass the Civil Rights Act and the Voting Rights Act and instituting Medicare and Medicaid. He also oversaw the expansion of the Vietnam War.
JRB has had the most successful presidency in recent memory: successfully getting us out of COVID, building our economy to the best in the world post-COVID, adding more jobs than any president in history, lowering unemployment, including Black unemployment, to its lowest level in decades, investing in the economy from the bottom up and the middle out, bringing back manufacturing, investing in infrastructure and the elimination of climate change, getting people out of the crush of student loan interest payments that only make the predatory lenders richer while costing the taxpayers nothing, restoring NATO and the respect of America around the world, appointing more women and minorities to federal judgeships ever, including the first Black woman Supreme Court Justice, and so much more.
Yes, there is the ongoing problem of Gaza, but Joe is trying to balance his belief that Israel has the right to defend itself with his belief—stated strongly from October 7—that Gaza and the Palestinians also have the right to live peacefully, and that regular Palestinians are not Hamas. Bibi Netanyahu is the one who is committing atrocities in Gaza because he wants to stay in power even though millions of his own people want him out and he is already under indictment. He also hates Joe Biden.
Meanwhile Trump:
Had the worst presidency in history.
Overlooked the danger of COVID, unnecessarily costing the lives of more than 500,000 Americans.
Oversaw the worst economy and unemployment levels since the Great Depression.
Grew the deficit by trillions because of his 2017 tax cuts.
Appointed three far-right justices to the Supreme Court who ended Roe and are determined to end even more of our rights.
Caused the only insurrection against Congress in American history, just to illegally stay in power because he lost the 2020 election.
Stole and hid classified documents that were left available to anyone visiting Mar-A-Lago, putting our national security at further risk.
Was found liable for rape, defamation, and business fraud, with more trials forthcoming.
Is a convicted felon who will be sentenced on July 11.
However, today, it's not so much about the past as it is about the future.
Joe will continue making things better for all of us, and if, God forbid, he doesn’t make it through his next term (hey, Jimmy Carter is still with us!), Kamala Harris has proven that she is more than ready to be president. With the House and Senate with him, Joe will also sign more progressive legislation and re-balance the Supreme Court.
Trump will totally upend the Constitution, take away as many rights as possible, run the government as a dictatorship, fire 50,000+ non-partisan federal workers and replace them with his “loyalists,”, allow Russia to overtake Ukraine and more of Europe, allow Netanyahu to eliminate Gaza and the rest of Palestine, end NATO, appoint 2-3 more far-right SCOTUS justices, and impose tariffs on imported goods that regular Americans will have to pay for while he gives his rich friends more tax cuts.
We MUST stick with Joe and Kamala.
So Joe didn’t do as well in one debate as we would have liked. Someone’s one bad debate performance does not eradicate the entirety of the current and future administration.
Do you know that we didn’t even have presidential debates until 1960?
Are you looking for one night of entertainment or eight years of success and substance?
Don’t allow yourself to be gaslit as Trump and the Republicans always try to do.
Joe might have had a cold and been a little tired Thursday night—he’s been working hard and traveling back and forth to Europe in the past few weeks.
Trump slept and farted his way through his most recent criminal trial.
The CHOICE is ours.

I just heard if you read the transcript of the debate Joe won. And, I think the gain on his microphone was set too low.
