Season 1, Episode #6
U.S. District Court of Appeals Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson was confirmed for a seat on the Supreme Court by the full U.S. Senate on Thursday, April 7, 2022. It was a historic day in American History for sure.
Of course, Judge Jackson cannot officially be called “Justice” until she takes her last oath after Justice Stephen Breyer, who she will be replacing, retires at the end of June.
But now that the confirmation process is complete, what happens next?
Keith and Pam discuss this question and more in this 30-minute episode.
