Detroit Stories Quarterly lands at the Imaginarium

A public reading of "Dread", a DSQ story

Issue #286 Keith’s SciFi Musings March 26, 2023

So the Imaginarium is preparing for liftoff to the next adventure after a mind-expanding two-week run here in the Motor City. Last night I got the chance to read one of my favorite stories from Detroit Stories Quarterly to a small, intimate, and very appreciative crowd, and it was just great. I haven’t had the opportunity to read one of my stories out loud for nearly a year since DSQ’s last regularly scheduled appearance at our favorite - and very supportive - bookstore, Book Suey in Hamtramck where they keep our mags in stock.

So if you weren’t able to make it last night, my wife was able to record the event. Hope you enjoy it.
